This Privacy Policy describes how NEXUS (the "App"), a hacking simulator game developed by terdiam.dev ("we", "us"), handles user information. By installing or using NEXUS you agree to the practices described below.

1. Data we collect directly

We do not directly collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) from users. NEXUS does not require account creation, login, email, phone number, or any form of registration. Your game progress is saved locally on your device only.

2. Data collected by third-party SDKs

NEXUS integrates the following third-party services. Each may collect data subject to its own privacy policy:

• Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) — serves advertising in the App. AdMob may collect: Advertising Identifier (AAID on Android, IDFA on iOS), IP address, device type, OS version, app usage events, and approximate location (city-level, derived from IP). Used for ad serving, ad measurement, and fraud prevention. See Google Ads privacy and AdMob & the GDPR.
• Google Play Billing (Android) / Apple StoreKit (iOS) — processes in-app purchases. Payment details are handled entirely by Google / Apple; NEXUS only receives an anonymized purchase token to unlock features. We never see your name, card number, or email through these channels.

3. Permissions requested

• INTERNET — required for the AdMob SDK to fetch ads and the Play Billing SDK to process purchases. Not used for any other network activity.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — required by AdMob to determine if ads can be loaded.
• com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID — allows access to the Advertising ID (required by AdMob).
• VIBRATE — used for in-game haptic feedback. Can be disabled in the Settings screen.

NEXUS does not request camera, microphone, contacts, photos, precise location, or any sensitive permission.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

As a mobile app, NEXUS itself does not use cookies. AdMob may use advertising identifiers and similar device-level tokens to deliver personalized ads. You may opt out of personalized advertising by following the instructions for your platform:

• Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" / "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"

5. Children's privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)

NEXUS is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The App is rated for users aged 13 and above in Google Play and the App Store. If you believe a child has used NEXUS, contact us at the address in Section 9 and we will assist with data removal where applicable.

6. Data retention & deletion

Game progress is stored only on your device. Uninstalling NEXUS deletes all locally stored data. You can also clear your saved game from within the App via the Settings screen. We retain no server-side user data.

For data held by third-party SDKs (e.g. AdMob), retention follows the respective provider's policy. Requests for removal must be directed to those providers.

7. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA)

Because we do not directly collect personal data, most data-subject rights apply only to the third-party processors named in Section 2. We will, however, respond to requests directed at us and forward any that we cannot resolve to the relevant processor.

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of any data we hold about you (we generally hold none).
• Erasure — request deletion of any data (uninstalling NEXUS achieves this for app-side data).
• Restriction — restrict our processing.
• Objection — object to processing for direct marketing (we run no direct marketing).
• Withdraw consent — for ad-personalization, via the OS-level controls in Section 4.

8. Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App's release notes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Kebijakan Privasi ini menjelaskan bagaimana NEXUS ("Aplikasi"), game simulator hacking yang dikembangkan oleh terdiam.dev ("kami"), menangani informasi pengguna. Dengan menginstal atau menggunakan NEXUS, Anda menyetujui praktik di bawah ini.

1. Data yang kami kumpulkan langsung

5. Privasi anak-anak

本プライバシーポリシーは、terdiam.dev(「当社」)が 開発するハッキングシミュレーターゲームNEXUS (「本アプリ」)がユーザー情報をどのように扱うかを説明するものです。 本アプリをインストールまたは使用することで、以下に記載されている慣行に 同意したものとみなされます。

1. 当社が直接収集するデータ

当社はユーザーから個人を特定できる情報(PII)を直接収集、保存、または 送信することはありません。NEXUSはアカウント作成、ログイン、メール、 電話番号、その他いかなる形式の登録も必要としません。ゲームの進行状況は お使いの端末のみにローカル保存されます。
