Bug reports, feature requests, refund questions, privacy concerns, and general feedback all go to the same place:
We aim to respond within 3 business days. For urgent issues (account lockout, payment failure) include the following in your email:
- Device model and OS version (e.g. "Pixel 7 / Android 14")
- App version (visible in the Settings screen, e.g. "1.0")
- Order ID (from your Google Play / App Store receipt, if payment-related)
- Steps to reproduce, or a screenshot of the issue
FAQ
How do I delete my saved game?
Open NEXUS → tap the gear icon (top-right of the TopBar) → Settings → "Reset Game". This permanently deletes your local progress. Uninstalling the app also clears all stored data.
How do I refund an In-App Purchase?
In-App Purchases are processed by Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). Refund requests must go through those platforms:
- Google Play: play.google.com/help
- Apple App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
Once a refund is approved by the platform, the entitlement will be revoked automatically on next app launch.
Why am I seeing ads?
NEXUS is free to download. Ads (via Google AdMob) help fund development. The Premium tier (one-time IAP) and Subscription tier remove or reduce ads — see the Shop tab in-app.
Does NEXUS actually hack anything?
No. NEXUS is a fictional simulation. All targets, servers, and exploits are simulated within the app's local memory. No real network operations are performed. NEXUS must not be used as a guide or tool for any real-world computer intrusion.
What languages are supported?
English, Bahasa Indonesia, 日本語. Toggle in Settings → Language.
Is there an iOS version?
The codebase is built on Kotlin Multiplatform + Compose Multiplatform, so iOS is a planned release. Follow terdiam.dev for release announcements.
How do I report a bug?
Email support@terdiam.dev with the device/OS/version info listed above. Screenshots and a reproduction-steps list make resolution much faster.
