1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using NEXUS (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Nature of the App
NEXUS is a fictional simulation game. It does not perform any real network operations, vulnerability scanning, exploit execution, password cracking, or any other security-related activity against real systems. All servers, targets, files, and exploits are simulated entirely within the app's local memory.
The App must not be used as a guide, tool, or basis for any real-world computer intrusion. Such activities are illegal in most jurisdictions and are outside the App's intended use.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
4. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional In-App Purchases (IAP) processed through Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple StoreKit (iOS). All payment, refund, and dispute handling is governed by the policies of those platforms. Refund requests must be directed to Google or Apple respectively.
5. Advertising
The App displays advertisements through the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). Advertisement content is selected and served by Google and is outside our direct control. We are not responsible for ad content or any transactions arising from clicked ads.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL terdiam.dev, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Uninstalling the App terminates your license automatically.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
10. Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App's release notes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

Dengan mengunduh, menginstal, atau menggunakan NEXUS, Anda menyetujui Ketentuan Layanan ini. NEXUS adalah game simulasi fiksi — tidak melakukan operasi jaringan, exploit, atau aktivitas keamanan nyata terhadap sistem apa pun. Aplikasi tidak boleh dijadikan panduan atau alat untuk intrusi komputer dunia nyata. Pembelian dalam aplikasi ditangani oleh Google Play / Apple Store. Refund melalui platform tersebut. Aplikasi disediakan "apa adanya" tanpa garansi. Pengembang tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung. Ketentuan ini tunduk pada hukum Republik Indonesia. Pertanyaan ke support@terdiam.dev.
